Gran Colombia Gold Announces a Reduction to the Board of Directors

TORONTO, July 22, 2013 /CNW/ - Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM) announced today that, in a continued effort to reduce the general and administrative expenses of the Company, Robert Doyle, Alfonso Lopez Caballero, Augusto Lopez and Mario Pacheco have voluntarily resigned from the Board of Directors effective July 22, 2013.

Maria Consuelo Araujo, Chief Executive Officer of Gran Colombia Gold Corp., said, "On behalf of the Company, I would like to thank Messrs.
